Client Challeges

Il Tulipano approached us with two key challenges: Outdated Digital Presence: Their website was outdated and did not reflect their high-end services or drive meaningful engagement. Their social media and marketing efforts also needed a refresh to better connect with their audience. Lead Management: The owner needed a more efficient way to track and organize sales leads, as well as implement automations to streamline their workflow.

Our Solution

To address these challenges, we provided Il Tulipano with a comprehensive digital and operational transformation. We designed and developed a custom, modern marketing website that reflects their brand’s elegance and generated over 500 leads in the first six months. We also managed their Instagram page, growing their following from 1,500 to 4,000 with engaging content, professional photography, and full-scale video production that highlighted the beauty of their venue. To streamline operations, we implemented a tailored CRM system integrated with Gmail, enabling efficient lead tracking and sales automation. Additionally, we launched targeted Google PPC campaigns during busy months, driving hundreds of leads, and delivered SEO-optimized copy to improve local search visibility. These efforts combined to elevate their marketing, increase engagement, and simplify lead management. This project drew on our local SEO and pay-per-click advertising services.
