The problem

Most Google Ads accounts are broken.

Most clients we inherit find they were wasting 30–50% of their spend before we touched the account.

30–50%

of ad spend typically wasted

Inflated conversions

Tracking fires on page visits, not actual leads — every number in your dashboard is wrong.

Invisible phone leads

No call tracking means phone leads from ads are completely unattributed.

Budget burn

Broad match keywords waste spend on searches that will never convert.

Stale negatives

Negative keyword lists haven't been updated in months — money leaks daily.

Set-and-forget copy

Ad copy hasn't been touched since launch. Performance decays.

Homepage as landing page

Traffic goes to the homepage instead of conversion-optimized pages.

What you get

A fully managed Google Ads program.

Built right from day one. Tracking, keywords, campaigns, and landing pages — all foundation work, completed before launch.

Active management against real performance data. Not set-and-forget.

Big-picture audits and strategy resets, every three months.

    Questions

    Frequently Asked.

Quick answers to the things prospects ask us most about PPC. Don’t see yours? Drop us a note — we reply the same day.

"How much should I spend on ads?

Enough that Google or Meta can learn who converts — usually at least $1,500–$2,000 a month in ad spend for a local service business, more in competitive markets. Under that, the data is too thin to optimize and you’re mostly guessing. We’ll give you a real number on the consult based on what a customer is worth to you.

No. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly where every dollar went. Our management fee is separate: a flat monthly fee up to $5,000 in spend, then a percentage above that.

Because the history is worth money. Every month an account runs, it learns what converts — that learning is an asset. If it’s in our name and we part ways, you start from zero. In your name, you keep everything.

Ads can produce calls in the first week, which is why they pair well with slower channels like SEO. But the first 30–60 days are a learning period: we’re finding out which searches, audiences, and ads actually turn into customers. Judge the program at month three, not week two.

Google when people are searching for what you do right now — plumbers, lawyers, contractors, urgent services. Meta when people don’t know they want you yet — restaurants, retail, events, anything visual. Some businesses need both; we’ll tell you which comes first.

Then don’t run ads to it yet. Paying to send people to a site that doesn’t convert is the fastest way to waste a budget. If the site is the problem, we’ll say so and fix that first — or build a dedicated landing page for the campaign.

Yes. Ads are month-to-month after setup. That said, stopping and starting resets the platform’s learning, so if cash is seasonal we’d rather lower the budget than turn it off.

Give us access to (or let us create) your ad account, approve the ads before launch, and answer the phone. Ongoing, about an hour a month to review results with us.
