Why Optix for Branding
We present options, not dictates.
You always see 2–3 directions before we commit to one. You’re choosing, not being told.
“Brands you hate” matters as much as “brands you
love.”
Our intake asks both. It prevents wasted revision rounds.
We ask where the brand will actually live.
Signage, vehicles, uniforms, print — these affect logo complexity and file needs. We design for the real context.
You get the brand guidelines as a real document
— not a dropbox full of files and good luck.
Full ownership, clean handoff.
Figma files with editor access, every source file, every format.
Look Good.
The things a customer sees before they ever pick up the phone.
We believe in the strength of teamwork and collaboration, fostering a culture where diverse perspectives and collective expertise converge to deliver holistic and impactful digital solutions
Questions
Frequently
Asked.
Quick answers to the things prospects ask us most about PPC. Don’t see yours? Drop us a note — we reply the same day.
"I just need a logo. Do I really need the brand kit?"
If you only need a logo, we’ll do logo-only ($1,500 minimum). But most businesses who think they “just need a logo” end up reinventing colors, fonts, and usage rules every time they make something new — which costs more over time than just getting the kit upfront. We’ll give you an honest take during the consult.
"I have an existing brand I want to evolve, not replace. Is that possible?"
Yes — we call that a brand refresh. Same process, different starting point. We build from what works and replace what doesn’t.
"How many logo concepts do I get?"
You see 2–3 brand direction options in Phase 3, then detailed logo explorations within the selected direction in Phase 4. We’ve found that more options leads to worse decisions, not better ones.
"What if I don't love any of the options?"
Part of the process includes revision rounds. If we’re meaningfully off after Phase 3, we’ll regroup on the brief rather than iterating on the wrong direction. Better to restart earlier than to polish something that isn’t right.
"Do I own the logo and files?"
Yes. Full ownership, all source files (Figma, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, PDF). No licensing games.
"Should I redo the website at the same time?"
Often, yes. A new brand on an old website feels disjointed. Many clients bundle branding with web design — we’ll discuss timing during the consult.
